One Name prodominantly stands out - FlagShip Studios (Or FSS for short), And just like WoW and GW, FSS is Adam's Rib of Diablo and Diablo II.

The Producer and Voice Actor of D2 - Bill Roper, Started his own company, FSS, and The First titl to come out is HellGate: London. Its and Action RPG, a miss mash of Diablo 2 and DooM, It will sport Singleplayer and a 75% certanty of free Multiplayer, but Multiplayer non the less.

The game Looks VERY promissing, a lot, if not everything, that has been learned about RPGs has been aplied to create the game.

but luckily, GW has had time to plant its roots and I highly doubt it will be upstaged anytime son.

Its an Action RPG, Like guild Wars you can zoom into FPS mode, Or Zoom out and play around Diablo Style.
You can Equip A gun or a Sword, or Two Swords or two guns or 1 Two handed weapon.
In MP you can party with people and go out in an Instanced World.

Unlike Guild Wars, There are no "American, Euro French, Euro English, International" Districts.
But there are Districts like GW.

The maps are randomized like Diablo 2.

that game is gonna be a hit..ive been followin its progress since last year when the 1st trailer came out....IMO i dont think it will really be a competitor as GW n Hellgate are not really the same type of games. Hellgate is like a single player game with a "battlenet" in it like Diablo 2 and well...its also more of a third person shooter with various melee weapons.. well nywayz....i hope both games will do well
